How To Obtain A BID/RFP Document

 

Our Authority is now conducting our RFP's on an internet-based system (as our Authority is paying all costs for the use of this system, there will not be any additional charges to your firm to use this system to submit a response to our Authority).  To take part in this process, please follow these instructions (if you have previously registered on this internet site, complete the following steps 1, 2, 7, and 8):

(Your may want to print these directions to complete the process.)

1. Your have already accessed http://www.haclv.org and have clicked on the "BIDs/RFPs" icon on the left side.
2. Click here to access the nahro.economicengine.com eProcurement system.
3. Click where shown to register your company (at the conclusion you will be logged-off and will receive a password by e-mail).
4. Repeat steps 1and  2 to again access nahro.economicengine.com eProcurement system using your new password.
5. Click on "Click Here To Login."
6. Complete "Company" and "User" profiles.
7. Click on link for the Bid/RFP that you are interested in and following directions to download the documents and, eventually, submit your bid or proposal.
