Senior Developments This program is just like the Family Conventional Program except the units are intended for families who are elderly persons sixty-two years of age and over or person(s) who are handicapped or disabled. Designated Senior This program is like the Public Family Program except the units are intended for families who are elderly persons sixty-two years of age and over. Scattered Site Housing This Program is a under the Conventional Public Family Program that are single family homes owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas.
