computer, you may open and print the document at any time. If you
do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you will have to

Fill out the documents as completely as possible.
Visit us at our Admissions Office to submit the application
in person. We are located at 380 North Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas,
NV. 89101; Monday through Thursday between 8
a.m. and 4 p.m.
Remember Mail-ins will be accepted for those out of state
or Elderly/Handicap applicants Only. If you have any questions on the
